This optional service covers the value of your jewelry shipment against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you choose to purchase shipping insurance, the cost will be calculated based on the declared value of your order and added to your total at checkout.

5. Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 14-30 business days for custom designing, producing, and processing before your jewelry is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Tracking Your Shipment: We provide tracking information for all shipments so you can monitor the progress of your order from our facility to your doorstep. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment online.

7. Shipping Restrictions: Certain jewelry items may be subject to shipping restrictions or limitations based on their materials, value, or destination country regulations. If your order contains items that cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative solutions or a full refund.

Return 

At Helen Breeze, we understand that purchasing custom jewelry is a significant investment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we have crafted a return policy that ensures your peace of mind:

1. Quality Guarantee: We take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. However, if you receive your custom jewelry and it does not meet your expectations or if there are any defects in craftsmanship or materials, please contact us immediately.

2. Return Eligibility: we are delighted to offer you a 30-day (start on the day your order is shipped) refund or resize policy to guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, resize, or full refund. Our jewelry is meticulously crafted to meet exceptional standards, and we take great pride in delivering the finest quality products to our valued customers. Custom jewelry pieces that are defective or do not meet the agreed-upon design specifications are eligible for return or exchange. However, personalized items, such as those that have been modified or resized, or those with engravings and custom designed jewelry are nonreturnable. For those nonreturnable items that under special circumstances need to be returned, we will consider it to be a special case, and we will charge 15%-20% restocking fee for return. Please contact our customer service team to check if your return is eligible to be considered as special case. Please note that we only accept to exchange for a center stone rather than including small accents change. If you have purchased a loose stone from us, please note that it cannot returned or exchanged unless it came with defects. 

 

3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your custom jewelry. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to safely return the item to us.

4. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our standards. If the item is deemed defective or does not meet the agreed-upon design specifications, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

5. Timeline: Please note that the return process may take 10-20 days from the date we receive your returned item. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our jewelry pieces, items that have been personalized or modified according to your specifications are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed-upon design specifications.

7. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or discrepancy in design, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that any returned item must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original packages and documentation. Additionally, personalized items, such as those that have been modified or resized, or those with engravings are nonreturnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Whether you are returning your jewelry to us for a refund, resizing, or repair, please DO NOT write 'Diamond,' 'Jewelry,' 'Ring,' 'Earrings,' 'Necklace,' etc., on your package or label due to safety concerns."

Warranty

At Helen Breeze, our warranty reflects our commitment to providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your investment.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If your jewelry exhibits any such defects during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. For customers who have purchased jewelry from us over 30 days to 12 months, we are pleased to repair, polishing, or replacement of missing side stones with or without charge subject to the circumstances surrounding the cause of the damage.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Loose or lost gemstones due to defective settings.

  • Breakage or damage due to normal wear and tear.

  • Repair or replacement of damaged clasps, settings, or other components.

  • Damage incurred during shipping (please submit pictures of damage of the package to proof the damage was incurred during shipping).

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, abuse, misuse, or neglect.

  • Loss or theft of jewelry.

  • Damage caused by repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than Helen Breeze authorized personnel.

  • Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors.

How to Obtain Service: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at sales@helenbreezedesigns.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us for evaluation and repair.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective jewelry as outlined above. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Additional Terms:

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Any unauthorized modifications or repairs will void this warranty.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty.
